Niloufar Nematollahi (Esfahan, 1998) is a writer. With a background in visual arts as well as Middle Eastern studies, International Relations, and Cultural Analysis, she has conducted research on the literary genre of Persian oil fiction and the politics of electronic dance music in Tehran. Her current research predominantly revolves around feminist conceptualizations of contemporary labor politics in Iran, and the broader region. Nematotalli is an editor at Jacobin Netherlands.
