Whether at work, in community, or in social settings, the groups we're part of often grapple with conflict, power imbalances, and misplaced efforts. These issues can lead to a breakdown in enthusiasm and trust.
To be meaningful and support our personal growth, we need to find ways to collaborate that align with our values and enhance both individual and collective agency.
This participatory workshop will explore such questions as:
- How can we foster more meaningful connections and understanding in discussions about critical global or personal issues, even when there is disagreement
- How can we make our collaborative efforts truly expressive of our values?
- How can collaboration enhance our personal and collective agency?
This space has been created as an invitation to come back to ground zero: your body and your body in relationship to other bodies. To feel. To breathe again. To soften.
Think of it as an experiment in pop-up community, a lab to explore what it’s like to be you.
When we come together in a spirit of curiosity, presence and play, different possibilities emerge in the way we relate to others individually, and collectively.
Moving beyond automatic and social level 'acting', we’re able to meet each other from a place of 'living' that is much more connected, profound and inspired.
